The Mishawaka Police Department will hold an Applicant Information Night on Thursday, January 30, 2020 starting at 6:00pm at the Mishawaka Police Department located at 200 N. Church St. in Mishawaka.

The event is open to anyone interested in applying to the Mishawaka Police Department, current and past applicants as well as those who have interest in becoming an officer but may not be sure it is for them and want more information.

Who Should Attend?

This includes current applicants, past applicants who still have an interest in working for Mishawaka Police, and those who have always thought about becoming a police officer but never knew how to go about it or are unsure if this career is for them.

What To Expect...

You will have the opportunity to meet several of the officers involved in the MPD hiring process. Topics of discussion will include an overview of the daily operations of a Mishawaka Police Officer, tips, and a review of the national POST (Police Officer Selection Test) written exam, agility test requirements and demonstrations as well as a Q & A period for any questions you may have.
