Half Day Non-Performance Event

6 hours including setup and tear-down:

  • 8:00 am to 2:00 pm or 3:00 pm. to 9:00 pm

Base fee includes use of lighting and sound, and 1-hour orientation for system use.

Full Day Non-Performance Event

13 hours including setup and tear-down:

  • 8:00 am to 9:00 pm

Same allowances and additional fees as Option A.

Performance with Per-Day Rehearsal

Includes full sound and light, orientation, access to auditorium for rehearsals during business hours, and staff on duty for event. Additional costs will apply for staff overtime charges.
