A Mishawaka employee who excels at upholding these values is Victor F. Kasznia Jr.
Vic Kasznia works within the Mishawaka Code Enforcement Department as a Code Enforcement Officer. He has been serving the Mishawaka community for over ten years. Kasznia has been responsible for ensuring community properties and land comply with building codes, keeping Mishawaka safe for over a decade.
Outside of being a humble Mishawaka employee, Kasznia loves to spend time with his family, which include his wife, Danielle, and his three kids, the oldest of which just recently married. His hobbies include Belgian Bowling, hunting down classic cars, traveling, and camping.
Victor Kasznia’s service to the City of Mishawaka reflects his dedication to both his work and the community he serves. He is a valued member of the Mishawaka Code Enforcement Department and an excellent example of the employees who help make our city a great place to call home.
