7th Annual Indiana Lineworkers’ Rodeo - Sept 15-16

The 7th Annual Indiana Lineworkers’ Rodeo will be held Sept. 15-16 at Central Park in Mishawaka, IN. This will be the second time Mishawaka has hosted the event, having done so for the first time in 2014. 

Mishawaka Heritage Festival -- September 3, 2017

The third annual Mishawaka Heritage Festival will take place on Sunday, September 3, 2017 from 4pm-10pm in Central Park and celebrates the ethnic, religious and industrial heritage of the Mishawaka community. Focusing on where our City has been and the core of what makes our City unique today, the Mishawaka Heritage Festival is a true hometown celebration that includes live music, food, drink, history, local business/non-profit vendors and will conclude with a fireworks display.

"Cool Your Engines" Back To School Safety Campaign

Mayor David A. Wood and Mishawaka School Superintendent Dr. Dean Speicher will hold a news conference on Tuesday, August 15, 2017 at 9:00 a.m. to announce Project “School’s Open - Cool Your Engines” in preparation for the opening of local schools. The news conference will be held in front of Emmons Elementary School, 1306 S. Main St. in Mishawaka.

Twin Branch Park Ribbon Cutting Ceremony

A ribbon cutting ceremony will be held, weather permitting, on Friday, May 26th at 11am. The ceremony will include students from Twin Branch School and various City officials who played a part in the project. The public is invited to attend.
