Clerk Block read the following letters of recommendation, presented the outstanding checks to the Council and opened the public hearing on the alley vacation;

  • A letter from the Board of Zoning Appeals regarding recommendations from their February 10, 2015 meeting.
  • A letter from the City Plan Commission regarding recommendations from their February 10, 2015 meeting.

Outstanding and Unpaid checks for a period of 2 years to be voided.

A public hearing on Vacation 2015-01 as required by State Statute on behalf of LCS Realty LLC to vacate South of SR23 and West of Cleveland Rd (Access Drive)

Clerk Block read the following proposed ordinances by title and assigned to Committee;

Clerk Block read the following resolutions by title and opened the public hearing;

Matt Mammolenti stated the Twin Branch Neighborhood meeting would be Wednesday, 02-18-2015 at 7:00PM, speaker to be announced.

Woody Emmons announced his Neighborhood Meeting at St. Bavo’s School Thursday 02-19-2015 at 7:00PM. He said the speaker will be Ken Cotter, St. Joseph County Prosecutor.

John Roggeman made a motion to change the meeting date, seconded by John Reisdorf motion carried. Change the April 6th meeting to March 30th.

President Emmons recognized the Mayor’s Youth Council that was present in the audience.

Mayor Wood presented the State of the City address, a copy of which is on file in the Mayor’s Office.
