An appeal submitted by Chick-Fil-A, Inc., requesting a Developmental Variance for 5517 North Main Street to allow a reduction in required number of parking spaces and size of an accessory structure for dual drive thru addition.

An appeal submitted by Meijer Stores, LP, requesting a Developmental Variance for vacant property at the southeast corner of Bremen Highway and Meijer Drive, to allow for a reduction in landscaping for development of a credit union.
