APPEAL #09-14 An appeal submitted by Morris G. Degeyter, Jr., and Family & Children’s Center, Inc., requesting a Use Variance for 221 West Sixth Street, to allow a group home for up to ten (10) unrelated persons on R-1 Single Family Residential property. Continued from the May 12, 2009 meeting.

APPEAL #09-21 An appeal submitted Donald and Irene McGann requesting a Developmental Variance for 123 Redwood Court, to allow a deck to be constructed on the rear of the home resulting in a rear building setback of 7’.

APPEAL #09-22 An appeal submitted by Haji M. Tehrani requesting a Developmental Variance for 5406 North Main Street, to reduce the number of parking spaces by 7 spaces from the required 35 spaces in order to construct an addition to the entrance and detail center of his Drive & Shine Car Care Center.
